        Extreme exhaustion is often a chronic condition post stroke. I am wondering if it is due to the profound amount of energy it takes for the brain to recover. With that possibility in mind do any of you have thoughts or experience concerning deep nutrition for the brain or herbs that help provide energy for repair specifically in the brain?

          One herb that can be beneficial is Ashwagandha. It has neuroprotective properties and can help with physical exhaustion and brain fog. Another herb is Panax Ginseng, which is known for its cognitive-enhancing effects and can improve alertness and energy levels. Sage, ginkgo, and Siberian ginseng are also excellent. Many of these herbs are in doc’s memory and alertness formula that he uses for strokes. This formula is also great for energy and alertness in general.
