It seems like this combination might be an effective remedy for inflammation (specifically cranky scoliosis back pain): Ashwagandha, Calendula, Devil’s Claw, Echinacea, Hops, Skullcap, Teasel, and Yarrow – anti-inflammatory blend. If it’s a good combination – equal parts? Also, for what I need it for, would it be better topically or internally, or should I do both – and can I take it long term (the back requires long term).
