I recently purchased some Myrrh Gum Powder to use in a tincture for internal use. When I received the package the myrrh wrapper said it was only for external use because it contained silicon dioxide. All the other sites that I have looked at also contain silicon dioxide in the myrrh powder too. Can I still use this product internally safely? If not, where can I find myrrh powder that can be used internally? Thank you for your replies.
