Does raw honey affect the gut like cane sugar ? or should it all be avoided
does monk fruit , stevia , honey , cane sugar etc all feed Candida ?

Raw honey has a lot of benefits that are lacking in sugar (raw or otherwise).
Any of the simple carbs feed Candida.
Stevia doesn’t.
Don't use herbs or combine herbs with medications or use them during lactation or pregnancy without talking with your healthcare provider.
