January 11, 2017 at 4:31 PM #35529 Dr. Patrick JonesHomestead Instructor Definitely add the salt last. Otherwise the water will be less able to dissolve the herbs and pull them into solution. Don't use herbs or combine herbs with medications or use them during lactation or pregnancy without talking with your healthcare provider.
