Renee has been eating too much salt. Something she made for breakfast nearly sucked the moisture off of my tongue but she could not tell there was salt in it.

She has also been complaining about very strong urine for quite a while.

Is there anything she could take to cleanse herself of the salt.

        Something for a salt substitute?

The best thing in the world for getting salt out of the body is water. Is she craving salt?

            Yes, she usually does.

Hoping to find a substitute that is not unhealthful.

You might try some all-natural sea salt. My guess is that she’s missing something other than sodium chloride but that that’s what her body is telling her she craves so that she’ll get the other stuff.

Maybe you’re already using natural salt.

                We use Redmond’s Real salt.
