<p style=”text-align: left; padding-left: 40px;”>Friend seeking help for pollen-related rhinitis and accompanying symptoms.  I have never had to deal with allergies myself so curious what to suggest, thanks in advance.</p>

HGH has antihistamine formulas to look at.  My spouse has been managing his allergy symptoms for 20 years with just stinging nettle.  Usually by August he’s taking nettle daily through the first hard frost, earlier if it’s a heavy spring pollen.  It significantly lessened his reactions, just give it a week or so to build the tolerance in the body.  Eating local raw honey is often suggested as a way to get a body adapted to seasonal pollens as well.

My husband and son as well use nettles with quercetin to alleviate allergies. It has worked fantastic for both of them. I will go check out the link Doc sent as well, looks interesting.

Yerba Mate tea works well as an antihistamine. Garlic tea is beneficial for swelling in the sinus cavity. Yarrow tea will work against histamine as well as tighten tissue.
