My wife, Renee, has been working really hard at clearing some lower branches on some of our trees and pulling some pretty big weeds this week. This morning (Friday) she complained about a very sharp pain at the apex of her shoulder joint. I got out Michael Moore’s book Medicinal Plants of the Mountain West and read through the list he gives for pain relief. After reading the list to her I went to work. I got the following email later in the day:

I took Dandelion and Licorice with a bit of Mint for flavor.

The intense shoulder pain is gone, even though it is still sore. I have range of

motion and am functioning with my arm again.

        WOW! Herbs are wonderful.

        Thanks Renee
