I have an 8 week old Cane Corso puppy, she started throwing up 3 days ago. I thought maybe time to worm her. Still throwing up and I think she may not be pooping. I suspect she ate rocks because I’ve caught her with a couple small ones in her mouth. I just gave her slippery elm. She is not eating so I have been syringing the slippery elm. Any suggestions for herbs that might help her pass these rocks?

Update… I put mineral oil down both ends. “Next day she passed a whole squeaker. saved me a few grand in vet bills.
