What would be the best herbs to use for chronic sinus headaches. I have allergies to all nut trees and 9 nut trees in my front yard. Cutting them is not an option. Thanks

          Some thoughts for you –

          Nettle is a great anti-histamine.

For pain, I use skullcap, willow bark or meadowsweet.

For allergies in general, I would address the larger issue of the gut biome.

          Hope this helps!

Harmony’s advice is good. I’d also look at Brigham tea. That’s my favorite anti-histamine herb.
I have a formulas called Histamine that contains both.
If sinus congestion is part of the issue, cayenne or horse radish will clear things out.

Don't use herbs or combine herbs with medications or use them during lactation or pregnancy without talking with your healthcare provider.
