StudentHi Doc,
Do you have any herbal recommendations for severe sinus headaches? I have a couple family members who experience them on a fairly regular basis (primarily due to weather/atmospheric changes), and the only thing that they have found to be effective is Sudafed.
I know that you’ve mentioned several herbs in your lectures that have been known to help with headaches (such as herbs in the mint family), but I was wondering if there is anything more specific to sinus related issues. Do you know of any way to relieve the severe pressure build-up in the sinuses naturally?
Thanks!

StudentI’ve been getting sinus headaches for a number of years now. Mine are mostly due to changes in elevation when driving or flying.
What has helped me is, a neti pot w/ warm salt water, peppermint essential oil on my forehead and a warm compress on top of that, and If I know that I will be traveling I put these ear plugs in called ear planes, they are amazing! Hope this helps
