Skin Cancer on old paint horse

Hello,  My daughter has a 30 yr old paint horse.  He has some skin cancer on sheath area and on his face around his eye where his hair is white and skin is pink.  My daughter has had success in the past feeding him a herbal  horse blood cleanse mixture but not getting results this time.  Any suggestions on what would help?

Thanks Doc Jones!  The old paint is now my 4 yr old granddaughters horse.  We want to keep him going as long as possible.
