Can someone tell me how long you can take skullcap for? If you are taking it at night one time a day 1/2 tsp. capsule for restlessness and sciatic pain which is working very well, but I am concerned at how long you can take it on a regular basis. If anyone can answer I’d be most grateful!

I’m not sure about the specifics for Skullcap, but Doc’s general rule for taking herbs long term is to take a day off every week or two
