My Corgi was just diagnosed with autoimmune disease today.  The vet prescribed meds and said I was fine using Teasel with the meds. My question is how much and how often do I give it to her? She is 25 pounds. My capsules are 670mg each. They recommend 3 caps per day for humans.    She salso need to rebuild her red blood count. It is quite low. While I am adding tofu, spinach, and oatmeal into her normal food, what other herbs may benefit her? She is on prednisone and doxycycline.
And yes I will watch the auto immune video.
Thank you and Blessings,
Lori

Thanks Jean, I never thought to do that but I found my answer. I so appreciate you taking the time to answer.  As for soy, yes dogs can eat it. Its in a lot of dog foods to pump up the protein levels.  I however will only eat organic tofu and that is what i give to my dogs when they have an upset stomach or system.  Emmy (the dog I was referring to above) also suffers pancreatitis and as soon as she shows signs I put her on a mild food diet consisting of tofu and rice until she system calms down.
