        I am looking to help a family member with a torn tricep. I made a comfrey infused olive oil to app;y topically. What do you think? Is there a better idea? He has been diagnosed by MRI and had physical therapy and has taken a break from weight lifting (the probable cause). No real relief yet.

              Both Arnica and Comfrey root tinctures are my go to in this instance plus magnesium oil, not mixed but in 3 separate sprays. Also you could make up something like Doc’s Muscles – NoMoSpasms tincture. The thing is this kind of injury will take time usually. Find out what they are using already though to ensure there are no potential contra-indications.
              The spasms tincture is not just for where the tear is but follow the whole muscle from the shoulder joint to the elbow, treat the lot. It’s all connected. 🙂
