Just learned that chamomile can help with sciatica which I have been dealing with for 5 months and am excited to try it.

I am guessing this is because of it’s anti-inflammatory properties. Would love to see followup of how you are taking it and what results you obtain.

I am drinking several cups a day of chamomile tea. I’ll let you know if it helps. Thank you for your reply

I can not drink chamomile tea, chamomile makes me shake and gives me a headache. Is  there any alternative to that?

Chamomile does a lot of things, what specifically are you wanting from it? We can definitely find you a substitute here

So you’ll probably want some anti inflammatory herbs in case that is what’s causing the pain, willow could work as that and has some pain relieving properties. Grab some nervines like valerian or skullcap, hops might even work by applying it topically to the lower back. Also, some antispasmodics might help if that is causing pain due to muscle spasms

I’d also look at hops tincture topically as needed. Have a look at the pain management lessons in the nerve pain section. Lots of good stuff there and it all works. :0)

Thank you, I will try it and look further into the nerve pain section.  Really enjoyed the webinar 2 days ago. Thank you!

I drank 2 cups the other day for menstrual cramps and it helped my sore back from shoveling snow so that was a nice surprise!
