Is neem a good insect repellent? also any other uses? I heard of a lady using diluted neem oil on her horse who had bug bites and sores all over each summer. She said it worked for her. Just wondering if anyone has had any luck with it as well.

Just giving it a try as a reapellant. I learned it needs to be diluted to 2% if using the oil. So in other words, no more than 2% of it mixed in with the carrier. A carrier can be liquid coconut oil, NON alcoholic witch hazel extract. I hope this helps.
