Recently, I had to get a whole slew of vaccinations within a relatively short amount of time. I feel ok now, but I felt pretty sick for about two weeks with lingering “ickyness” for another month thereafter. I’m not an anti-vaccer, but I do wonder if it may behoove me to do some sort of natural detoxification after angering my body like that.

Any suggestions would be welcome, thanks.

You might look at the list of adaptogens: astragalus, oat straw, Siberian Ginseng, and even some mallow root, for good measure.  I’m sure some other folks will have other suggestions.  Some nutritives would be helpful too.

Thumbs up to Michelle’s counsel. Adaptogens are a great idea. A blend of Siberian ginseng, oat straw and marhmallow (or mallow) would be a blessing. Some milk thistle and burdock would be nice additions as well to clean house a bit.

Don't use herbs or combine herbs with medications or use them during lactation or pregnancy without talking with your healthcare provider.
