Homestead InstructorVertigo can have a lot of causes. Sometimes it’s inner ear, sometimes it’s nerve or brain. I have pretty severe vertigo because I had a benign bran tumor removed that was tangled up with my third cranial nerve (the nerve that controls the muscles that point the eye. As a result I have a little double vision and one eye is making constant micro-corrections in focal point resulting in my brain having no idea which eye to believe and therefore no idea which way is up. Mine was corrected by a nice optometrist.
Sharik Peck, the inventor of the Rezzimax Tuner has had luck in treating some cases of vertigo as well.
My son in law, and a daughter in law both work in physical therapy and tell me that that is often able to resolve vertigo issues for folks.
From an herbal standpoint, I’ve had a few cases that resolved with herbal interventions. Have a look at slide #15 in this section
Your best bet would be to get a diagnosis of what’s causing the vertigo. That will help a lot in choosing the tools to address it.
Don't use herbs or combine herbs with medications or use them during lactation or pregnancy without talking with your healthcare provider.

StudentI have a lady at my church that gets severe vertigo sometimes, and I keep coming across different posts of yours and the webinar with the Rezzimax. I’m adding into my budget to save for now because I really have to test this thing out.

StudentHi Greg, just wondering if you’ve tried this yet. I’ve had pretty severe TMJD for quite a few years, a lot of neck/shoulder/facial pain, etc. I’m interested in trying this, but need to save up for it. I’d love to hear about your experience with it if you ever have a chance to try it.

StudentNope, it’s still something I’m saving for. Not sure when I’ll be able to get it, but I do plan to get it eventually!

StudentI am still a new student, so not sure about which herbs.
But look into the “epley manuever.” If your vertigo is being caused by the loose crystals in your eardrum, this will help.
It is a series of head movements that put the crystals back where they are supposed to be. I had vertigo for months and didn’t know why.
This was suggested and it was remarkable and helped me. I learned about it from a physical therapist. Best of luck.

StudentI have used the Epley maneuver for vertigo twice. Sometimes you have to go through the motions a couple times to get relief. Having someone help you makes it easier, but I’ve done it solo in my recliner and it worked great!

StudentHi Y’all, I had an interesting episode of vertigo just today, and I thought of this thread, and wanted to share what happened. Mind, this has never happened to me before in my memory. I was just sitting on the sofa, scrolling the ‘net with my laptop, and all of a sudden (we’re talking acute!) my head felt wobbly, the house felt like a boat on water, and I started to feel queasy. Anyway, my mother asked if there was anything she could do. I sent her to fetch my first aid box for me, where I have a bottle of cayenne tincture. I put two drops under my tongue (followed by a swallow of milk to put out the fire after notifying the brain that it was getting hot, lol). I then sat in a recliner and rested for a bit. 30 minutes later, I was able to stand up. Two hours later, and I feel sooo much better! Anyway, I just wanted to share. Maybe this experience can help someone else.

StudentI know some people with vertigo have histamine intolerance issues which can have a whole array of root causes from heavy metals (a fulvic and humic detox is great) along with others. Theres usually some type of gut issue, maybe sibo or leaky gut ect.. I am aware because I am currently healing from histamine intolerence symptoms and while I don’t really have vertigo I ve seen it pop up a lot as a symptom in my research.
One cheap way to see if histamine has anything to do with it is to do a low histamine diet for like a month or so.
I am honestly a big fan of doing research and praying and fasting for heavenly father to guide me. I really beleive in that and most all of my answers, probably all of them have been from sincerely asking to guidance.

StudentWOW!! Many thanks for all the info you all have shared!! I can get vertigo by just rolling over in bed during the night. I enjoyed reading all your comments. I have gotten good results with the half somersault movement also, similar to the Epley movement. I am going to learn ALOT in this academy!!! Thanks, Doc Jones!!! 🙂
