Does anyone struggle with vertigo? If yes, have you found a herb that helps?

        Thank you!

I have not had any issues with vertigo personally but I know a few people who do. I was just reading today that Feverfew has some properties that help with it!

          Feverfew (Tanacetum parthenium)

Also, if the vertigo is from a visual problem like mine is, an optometrist can make you some glasses with prismatic lenses to make both of your eyes point to the same spot. :0)

Also, also… Some physical therapists are amazingly good at resolving vertigo.

Thank you! I will speak to my optometrist. Tinnitus has been an issue for a few years. In June I invested in hearing aids that are connected to my phone. For at least the past two weeks I’d feel a little dizzy when I’d lie down or get up but this past Saturday and yesterday took me off my feet. I haven’t worn the hearing aids since Friday morning and my head is just starting to clear a little. I’m grateful for your insight!
