Videos in new website don’t load

This happens a fair amount of the time…..I go to load a video and it asks for the password. I  put it in and the screen changes and goes blank. It never loads and there is no written transcript of what is discussed in the video.

I often have gone back to the old website because there is always a written narrative to go to when the videos don’t load

Before an Admin can reply to your post, you must make sure your bug report has the following Elements:

I am on a Macbook and I use Brave browser.

I have also tried it in Safari

Brave browser blocks much of the functionality of the school.

If you want to use Brave browser, you’ll need to configure your browser settings to whitelist the website or content will not load reliably.

I recommend FireFox Browser for the more privacy focused User. It has better compatibility with all websites across the board, and it’s not just a reskin of google chrome like Brave is.
