What are the medical uses of Forgetmenots and Moth Mullein?

Ok so I guess I asking about two different plants here. I have a lot Forgetmenots growing at my place in the mountains, and I know they have some medical value, but I can’t find anywhere, where it tells me what it’s used for, or how to use it(ie, tinctures, teas, salves).

My second question, is what was moth mullein used for. I know it used to be used as medicine (as it was mentioned in John Parkinson’s book from 1640), and it’s not deadly. Does anyone have any information what it was used for and how?
