It is almost done blooming. The leaf is similar to plantain as far as size and has a bell shaped flower.

Can you get a closer and more clear view of the actual flower?
It is for sure NOT plantain.

Looks a lot like hounds tongue but hard to tell from your picture. Compare your plant to these.
Hounds Tongue is a cousin of comfrey. Has similar properties but is much less safe to use internally.
