What is this plant/herb/weed?

I’m trying to identify this small pink flowering plant/weed that’s growing in my yard. I know I’ve seen it before on a tea box or something but o cannot find it anywhere!

according to these guys it’s a “cupid’s shaving brush”. or lilac tassel weed. the plant is edible but usually eaten before the plant flowers.
