At the last HGH conference I attended Dr Brandon mentioned that you don’t always want to stop inflammation. Could you explain this? Give some examples of which scenarios we don’t want to stop inflammation?

Thanks! So, when a person has localized inflammation due to an ankle injury or the like, it’s best to let it be inflamed? I thought it was best to get rid of the inflammation. Please give some examples of when it would be (or explain why it wouldn’t be) a good idea to decrease inflammation with an acute issue.
