Being on the east coast I have Yucca filamentosa instead of glauca. Do you know whether it has the same medicinal properties? I am particularly interested in the effect on arthritis.

I just did a literature search in the scientific papers. It has some similar constituents to Y. glauca so may be similarly effective. I’ve never used it so can’t say.
Don't use herbs or combine herbs with medications or use them during lactation or pregnancy without talking with your healthcare provider.
