oh my goodness what an amazing course. I am so excited to help so many people in my area. Seems these days everyone you talk with is in pain. I am using this with Relax infrared sauna and I am a Holy Yoga teacher so I teach breath will use that and I work with essential oils which will pair really nice. I am still in the process of taking Doc Jones herbal class. Excited to get started.
