How/When do we learn what tinctures to NOT take at the same time? We have started taking so many that I am starting to wonder if we are reducing the efficacy by some herbs canceling how others.
***Praise: my husband and daughter no longer have fatty liver disease as a result of taking the liver builder & support! I didn’t have blood work done, but I only suspect I was in the same boat.)

Well it really all comes down to knowing the herbs and all their actions. I created a spreadsheet over in this thread that you can use to cross reference all their actions and see if you have any that are canceling each other out
