I primarily use Brave; but tried safari, as well as Mozilla and all react similarly. There seem to be two videos that state if one is not usable, to try the other. Both are visible, but there are NO pdf’s for available to either print, or download. The first video is worse than the original, in that I cannot even enlarge it enough to read it clearly, let alone print. I tried to hit every applicable arrow to print, download, enlarge, and none are effective. Frustrated due to the fact this is important material for me at the moment; and feel like it may give me a coronary just trying to work through it to get to read it offline. I will try clearing all the above browsers caches. Have not unplugged my iPad; but thinking that won’t make a difference. Thank you.

Before an Admin can reply to your post, you must make sure your bug report has the following Elements:

- (required) Did you provide a detailed description of the Bug? (required)

Thanks for reporting, you get extra brownie points today!<br><br>Important Note: If you are using the Brave Browser or one of the other “Privacy-Focus-Chrome-Reskin” Browsers (that are in my opinion borderline malware, running cryptocurrency garbage in the background, and are extremely resource intensive and run by for-profit corporations which somehow definitely don’t make money off your data…)
PLEASE reconsider.
These browsers block the core tech of websites that have user-based content and are not and will never be compatible by default. If you’re going to use it, you’ll need to learn, understand, and configure the settings for it on your own as that is outside the scope of our support.
If you are interested in a privacy based browsing experience, I recommend Firefox which is NOT built on the same tech controlled by google (that Brave and all the others are).
