        Get black screen with white line 1.22.1 .

        It says loading but get black screen

        Both devices

        Phone Galaxy 24 Ultra

        Dell Inspiron 13 7000 series

        I have already unplugged/powered off my device and turned it on again: Yes

        I have already disabled my browser addons/extensions Instructions Here: Yes

        I have pet a good dog in the last 6 weeks (Optional, highly recommended): Yes

        Which Browser are you using?: Microsoft Edge

          Before an Admin can reply to your post, you must make sure your bug report has the following Elements:

          1. Did you include a link to your bug? (required)
          2. Did you include info on the make/model of the device you’re using?
          3. (required) Did you specify which Web Browser you are using?
          4. (required) Did you provide a detailed description of the Bug? (required)
          5. Did you add any other relevant details? (Optional)

          If you checked all those boxes with your post, you are good to go! Somebody will get back to you when it’s fixed, or if they need more info 🙂 If you forgot any of those items, no worries! Just reply back to this comment with anything you missed and you’ll be good to go! Thanks for reporting, you get extra brownie points today!<br><br>Important Note: If you are using the Brave Browser or one of the other “Privacy-Focus-Chrome-Reskin” Browsers (that are in my opinion borderline malware, running cryptocurrency garbage in the background, and are extremely resource intensive and run by for-profit corporations which somehow definitely don’t make money off your data…)

          PLEASE reconsider.

          These browsers block the core tech of websites that have user-based content and are not and will never be compatible by default. If you’re going to use it, you’ll need to learn, understand, and configure the settings for it on your own as that is outside the scope of our support.

          If you are interested in a privacy based browsing experience, I recommend Firefox which is NOT built on the same tech controlled by google (that Brave and all the others are).

            I have the same problem none of the course videos are loading. I am using Firefox, and only get a black screen like Carmen reported. I tried 2 other browsers besides Firefox and get the same results… something on the site seems to be broken

              Hello,

              Update on other trials.

              To add to our attempts to sort out the problem, we rebooted router, switch from Edge to Chrome, cleared cookies, tried on three different computer and one computer is new this year.  We tried it on wifi and 5G.

              As best I can remember the videos worked 8/2/25 eve.  The last two nights we have had a black screen.

                I’ve looked into this and it should be fixed now,  could you try clearing your cache and rebooting and see if the videos are back?
