You don’t mention how the tincture was strained and that may have something to do with the cloudiness. I strain my tinctures through a cheesecloth and then let them sit, undisturbed, for at least 24 hours. This usually allows any sediment that may be causing cloudiness to settle to the bottom. Then I strain the tincture through a paper coffee filter while leaving the accumulated sediment in the bottom of the jar. Hope this helps!
