      which supplements are the best for fitness?

      Pretty much always safe to assume high protein but carbs/fats depend more on the person. Some people do better on low carbs high fat, others do better on low fat high carbs.

      IF can work, but IMO it works best for people that weren’t following any diet beforehand, and otherwise works okay for people who were already on a diet. But if it floats your boat, more power to you

      If i want to cut, i always fast as long as i can. 16-20 hours.

      I never do low carb tho. Carbs are the best source of energy for me. I always eat high carb.

      Serious question as I’m trying to evaluate my nutrition program. How many of you practice IF? How long is your fasting window? Why, what benefits? Are you also low carb/high protein?
