Doc said, “herbal antibiotics are much less harmful to beneficial gut bugs than pharmaceutical versions.” Which is wonderful. Also, I thought in a plant walk, Doc said that garlic would also kill gut bacteria, good and bad. Am I mistaken? When would I need to be concerned about herbs killing the good gut flora?
