        I am new to herbs, but have been using essential oils for quite some time.  My go to oils are lemon, lavender, peppermint and Thieves.  I use Thieves everyday to prevent getting sick.  I can’t remember the last time I had a cold.  I had COVID about a year ago and it was very mild. Peppermint is not only good to keep your breath fresh, is helps you stay alert and helps if you are nauseous. Lavender is great for burns and will help you sleep at night.  You can mix lemon, lavender and peppermint to help with allergies. If you are getting stuffy, mix the three together and inhale it.  You can combine hem in a roller ball or an inhaler.

        I am looking forward to learning more about herbs.
