I was draining the Panax tincture to bottle and on the bottom is a thick-almost like syrup, clear liquid that smells nutty. I am wondering if I need to toss this or mix it back into the tincture and rebottle it? If it is a good part of the medicine, I’d rather keep it. Does anyone know. I started with powder and 100 proof vodka. There isn’t any thick powder left like the 100 I have done so far.

It’s not uncommon for herb particulates to settle in the bottom of a tincture. I wouldn’t worry about it.
Don't use herbs or combine herbs with medications or use them during lactation or pregnancy without talking with your healthcare provider.
