The sagebrush is in full bloom here. We harvested 5 liters of the flowers and steam distilled them. The flowers produced 10 ml of essential oil and smells amazing! Based on the plants discussed in the Pain Mgt 4 unit, I plan to incorporate it in some future pain medicine. Thanks for opening my eyes to the medicinal properties of this bush!

Sagebrush is great for pain. I haven’t used the essential oil but the tincture is great topically.
Don't use herbs or combine herbs with medications or use them during lactation or pregnancy without talking with your healthcare provider.
