I just finished the “Basic Principles of Herbal Medicine” lesson. I found the Yin and Yang section so interesting! I don’t believe in self healing per say; I believe that God has given us everything we need to be healed naturally, but only through him. The whole concept made so much sense to me. It makes herbs less intimidating to learn about and use!
