As I listen to the lessons, I realize it’s really not that hard. Doc Jones explains things in a way that I can easily understand. I feel like I know so much more about how my body works and for that reason, I’m taking better care of myself. Learning about the plants have made me look at my yard much differently. Where I used to see weeds, I now see medicinal plants I call by name. Thank you!
