        I am unable to see the videos.  There is just a box with a sad face on a piece of paper.

        I have already disabled my browser addons/extensions Instructions Here: No

        I have pet a good dog in the last 6 weeks (Optional, highly recommended): No

        Which Browser are you using?: Google Chrome

          Hey There!

          Thanks so much for posting in the HGH School Bug Forum! We’ll try our hardest to get on this as soon as possible!

          Before an Admin can reply to your post, you must make sure your bug report has the following Elements:

          1. Did you include a link to your bug? (required)
          2. Did you include info on the make/model of the device you’re using?
          3. (required) Did you specify which Web Browser you are using?
          4. (required) Did you provide a detailed description of the Bug? (required)
          5. Did you add any other relevant details? (Optional)

          If you checked all those boxes with your post, you are good to go! Somebody will get back to you when it’s fixed, or if they need more info 🙂 If you forgot any of those items, no worries! Just reply back to this comment with anything you missed and you’ll be good to go! Thanks for reporting, you get extra brownie points today!<br><br>Important Note: If you are using the Brave Browser or one of the other “Privacy-Focus-Chrome-Reskin” Browsers (that are in my opinion borderline malware, running cryptocurrency garbage in the background, and are extremely resource intensive and run by for-profit corporations which somehow definitely don’t make money off your data…)

          PLEASE reconsider.

          These browsers block the core tech of websites that have user-based content and are not and will never be compatible by default. If you’re going to use it, you’ll need to learn, understand, and configure the settings for it on your own as that is outside the scope of our support.

          If you are interested in a privacy based browsing experience, I recommend Firefox which is NOT built on the same tech controlled by google (that Brave and all the others are).

              I am unable to get notes and videos on everything I have tried.  I get and ‘OOOPS Internal Error’ message.

              I already cleared my cache

              Using Firefox

              Cardiovascular System Part 1: Anatomy & Physiology

                  Hi Traci,
                  That video does appear to be working in all my simulated devices.
                  What device are you using?
                  Does the same thing happen if you try a different device?
                  Does the same thing happen if you try a different browser such as edge or chrome?
                  Does the same thing happen if you disable your browser addons or ad blockers?
                  Does the same thing happen if you are using a different network such a cell phone network instead of your wifi?

                  Try each of those and report back and we will see if we can see a pattern

                Hi there!

                Could you try clearing your browser cache and let me know if the issue is still persistent?

                Guide: 9 Ways to Clear Your Browser Cache: Chrome, Safari, & More (wikihow.com) Give that a shot and let me know if it helps

                  With your upgrade I am unable to get much of any info. Videos or anything. I just have to mark as completed and go to the next. Such a big disappointment

                      Please provide the following info so i can help diagnose the issue.

                      Please include a link to one of the videos that is not appearing
                      Please include info on the make/model of the device you’re using
                      Please specify which Web Browser you are using, is the issue persistent if you try firefox?

                      I am also having issues with the videos. They are not showing up for me at all.

                      1. Did you include a link to your bug? Cardiovascular System Part 1: Anatomy & Physiology – Homestead Academy
                      2. Did you include info on the make/model of the device you’re using? Lenovo Think Pad
                      3. Did you specify which Web Browser you are using? I have tried both Microsoft Edge and Firefox
                      4. Did you provide a detailed description of the Bug? video shows up as 502 bad gateway
                      5. Did you add any other relevant details? Have cleared cache; restarted laptop; signed out and back in to the academy…nothing worked

                                I finally had a chance to jump back on and watch a lesson, but it is still showing up 502 bad gateway for me.
